The knowledge needed to make changes is often already within the company, namely the management and the employees. Unfortunately, this valuable information is usually unusable as normal daily business prohibits ideas from being pooled, concepts formulated and prioritised in systematic ways. People involved have problems being objective due to their closeness to the problem and not being aware of the whole picture.

Improve -Check focuses on medium sized companies, and with its proven ability and structured methods provides a basis for development and implementation for the change process. 

Methodology

  • An interview with the CEO/owner will determine the relevant and desired areas of change as they see it.
  • A one-day workshop with up to 12 members of staff from different departments representing the ideas of their colleagues. With the aim of formulating detailed plans of the most important points that require changing. Also, we suggest ways for them to contribute in the future by means of an agreed, structured feedback process. A further aspect of the workshop is a teambuilding module to improve communication within the company.
  • A summary of the above points is then presented to the CEO/owner. Detailing the findings and matching comparisons where appropriate. Then, going on to give a prioritised list of recommendations for the future, with the possibility of further projects.
